The SFMI’s assessments provide a detailed roadmap of how facilities management providers embed sustainability within their organisation, and from the SFMI’s industry network partners who provide insight from the built environment.

This year’s report highlights how employee wellbeing is high on the agenda to help retain and recruit personnel.
The report also shows how more mature, sustainable organisations are understanding and focusing on decarbonisation, including scope 3 emissions, as they see a continuous demand from clients, stakeholders and colleagues to demonstrate action on carbon emissions.
