Leah Hodge

Funnily enough, Acclaro was Leah’s client in her previous recruitment role. Following her redundancy, the maternity cover position came available at Acclaro, so it all seems to have come full circle!

After 8 years in recruitment, Leah is excited to apply her skills in office management and HR. She will be focusing on enhancing employee experiences, streamlining HR processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to support Acclaro’s continued success and growth.

Leah has a variety of pets – 2 horses (Max and Deano), 1 dog (Bailey), 1 cat (Billy) and a tortoise (Torty). Outside of work, she’s a very outdoorsy person, and you’ll normally find her with the horses, either fixing fencing, maintaining the fields, or occasionally enjoying the luxury of going for a ride once all the jobs are done! She also loves camping and going to festivals.
