Molly joined Acclaro in January 2026, having recently returned from New Zealand, where she worked for a sustainability think tank. Molly has written papers on carbon offsetting and the quality of climate-related disclosures, guiding the New Zealand government on how to develop more robust, effective and ambitious climate change action and strategies.
She is also passionate about driving change from the bottom-up and has supported local charities in developing a more circular economy and reducing waste.
In her free time, Molly enjoys playing squash and football and cooking elaborate meals with friends.
